G1SW FROST GIANT's first foal was born at Empire Stud's Hudson, NY farm late in the evening of January 31st. The strapping chestnut colt is out of Hickman Creek mare Apocalyptic, 1/2-sister to the dam of stakes winners CRAFTY C T (G2/G1P) and CARMEN'S BABY (G3P) and from the family of PALACE MUSIC (MG1SW).

Frost Giant, by international leading sire Giant's Causeway, was a $600,000 Keeneland September Yearling and juvenile Gr.3 winner in Ireland. He went on to win the G1 Suburban H. at 5, and retired to Empire Stud thereafter. His first book of mares included several graded stakes winners and graded stakes producers.
