Taking home her 4th straight victory, SWEET REPENT (by Repent) came all-out in the stretch to defeat Amazing (Greatness) by a nose in Saturday's G3 Stage Door Betty H. at Calder - her first graded victory. This latest win for the dark bay 3yo filly brings her earnings to just under $300,000.
After the win, against a very salty group of fillies, Sweet Repent's connections are pointing her toward the Sunshine Millions at Gulfstream on January 30th.
Sweet Repent is owned by Buongiorno A Tutti Stable, and trained by J David Braddy. Her record is 12-6-2-1, $299,120.
Repent stands at Empire Stud in Hudson, NY for a 2010 fee of $5,000 LFSN for approved mares. For more information or to match your mare with Repent, visit www.empirestud.com .
